Description of accommodation and area: The property is ideally located for visiting the glories of the Languedoc, from Cathar castles to Cistercian abbeys, outstanding vineyards to seemingly endless beaches. It has excellent facilities, a private garden with a large swimming pool and ample parking. Pepieux is a charming village with a superette, bakery/boulangerie, post office, pharmacy, computer/internet shop, two hairdressers and a bar/restaurant. Wines can be purchased from three renowned local wineries (organic producers, Hachette Guide) and from the cave-cooperative.
The Cosmofil experience: Come and enjoy being part of French village life, slow at times, but always amusing; plenty of local markets and fabulous food and wine .

Language support: Having studied English and Italian at University in Aix-en-Provence, Annie now provides a useful service to the English-speaking community that has 'invaded' the Languedoc, helping them through the minefield of French administration, which makes her a 'practical teacher'. She can provide all three levels of cosmofil language support.

The hosts: Annie, born in Marseilles, spent seven years in England and returned in 1998 with Jonathan, English, who adores France and so married Annie.
On discovering the Languedoc and the Minervois on a wine-buying tour, they found Poussines and have spent the last five years restoring the property.
Annie’s current passion is Argentine tango, she also loves cooking and speaking Italian and has become addicted to yoga. Jonathan is now restoring his vintage Citroën van and has become a proficient guide to local wines.
